What a Fleet Account Actually Means Here
At Greenville Automotive Solutions, a fleet account is an operating relationship β not a brochure promise. You get a shop that already knows your vehicles, schedules with downtime in mind, and prices work for volume rather than one-off walk-ins.
We do not advertise net-30 credit terms on this site. Billing arrangements are discussed case-by-case when you open an account. Financing tools like Affirm and Sunbit are available for consumer-style payments where they fit; commercial billing is handled directly with our team.
What You Get
- Priority scheduling during business hours β fleet units are not treated like anonymous walk-ins when you are an established account.
- Volume / fleet pricing β rates scaled to how you actually use the shop (see how fleet pricing works).
- Per-vehicle service history β so the next brake job or PM is informed by what we already did, not a blank slate.
- Direct communication with the Certified Master Tech / shop β diagnosis, cost, and timeline without a call-center maze.
- Optional pickup & delivery for shop-based work (details) β not mobile on-site repair.
How to Open an Account
- Call (252) 904-1768 or email Greenvilleautomotivesolutions@gmail.com.
- Share business name, approximate fleet size, vehicle types (vans, work trucks, diesels, etc.), and typical weekly/monthly service needs.
- We discuss scheduling preferences, whether pickup/delivery helps, and how you want estimates approved.
- First units come through the shop β history starts building immediately.
Who It Is For
Delivery and courier fleets, contractors, landscaping companies, dealerships needing reconditioning partners, property management vans, and multi-vehicle small businesses across Greenville and Pitt County who want consistency more than the cheapest one-time coupon.
Checklist: What to Bring / Send When You Start
- Unit list with year/make/model, plate or unit number, and approximate mileage.
- Known issues (warning lights, leaks, soft brakes, no-start history).
- Any DOT or customer-audit dates coming up.
- Preferred contact for approvals (phone/text/email).
- Whether vehicles can be dropped off overnight in our area vs. need same-day return logistics.
FAQs
Do you offer net-30 terms?
We do not publish net-30 as a standard offer. Ask when you set up the account β we will be clear about how invoicing works for your business rather than inventing terms online.
Is priority scheduling the same as 24/7 emergency service?
No. Priority means we protect bay time for account vehicles during MonβThu 8β5 and Fri 8β12. We do not run 24/7 roadside.
Can one account cover mixed vehicles (vans + trucks + trailers)?
Yes. Mixed fleets are common β commercial vans, work trucks, and trailer electrical needs can all sit under one relationship.
How is this different from a walk-in?
Walk-ins are welcome for individual vehicles. Accounts add scheduling preference, volume pricing structure, and continuity of vehicle history across visits.
